This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision. You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use our Service.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal good-faith negotiation by sending a written Notice of Dispute to email loading…. The parties shall have sixty (60) days from the date of the Notice of Dispute to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The parties expressly waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or other proprietary interests.
21. Submissions and Privacy
If you submit or post any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, or proposals — including ideas for new or improved products, services, features or promotions — you expressly agree that such submissions will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the sole property of Novaparent Surrogacy without any compensation or credit to you.
22. Typographical Errors
In the event a service or program is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders or commitments at the incorrect price or terms. We shall promptly issue any necessary corrections or refunds.
23. Severability and Miscellaneous
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Novaparent Surrogacy. Novaparent Surrogacy will be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief (without the obligation of posting any bond or surety) in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by you.
Novaparent Surrogacy operates and controls the Novaparent Surrogacy Service from its offices in Kyiv, Ukraine. The Service is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Persons accessing the Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
These Terms (which include and incorporate the Novaparent Surrogacy Privacy Policy) contain the entire understanding between you and Novaparent Surrogacy concerning their subject matter, and supersede all prior understandings.

Novaparent Surrogacy provides website-based information. Specific outcomes of surrogacy programs depend on individual medical, legal, and personal circumstances and are governed by the individual program agreement. We do not provide warranties or guarantees as to outcomes.
