Novaparent offers all-inclusive surrogacy programs in three countries: Ukraine, Georgia, and Armenia. Each country offers three program tiers: Standard from 47,000 dollars, Comfort from 60,000 dollars, and Prestige from 75,000 dollars. All include surrogate compensation, IVF, legal fees, and personal coordination.

🛡️ A Note on Ukraine and the War
Surrogate mothers come only from Western and Central Ukraine — never from frontline regions. Births take place in Kyiv or Lviv (the westernmost city, near the Polish border). Most Intended Parents do not visit Ukraine during pregnancy at all — only for the birth itself, typically a 1–2 week stay.
Over four years and dozens of programs through the war, no family or surrogate in our care has come to harm. If you prefer no active conflict, our Georgia and Armenia programs offer the same legal framework without the war.
